Any new residential service customers must complete a service application, provide a copy of a government issued photo ID, and pay a meter deposit. The deposit will be $50 with a credit reference (obtained by the customer) or $150 without a credit reference. Deposit is waived for those who pay their bill electronically through a bank account by submitting the Automatic Payment Form. Service will not be granted until all is provided.
Bills are due on the 18th of the month.
